3. Payment Terms
3.1 Fees
Fees for each service are outlined in the Service Agreement or invoice provided to the Client. By accepting these Terms, you agree to pay all applicable fees promptly as outlined in your Service Agreement.
3.2 Payment Methods
Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or any other mutually agreed-upon method. All payments must be made in full upon receipt unless otherwise specified in writing.
3.3 Late Payment
Late payment may result in suspension or termination of services. A late fee or interest may also be applied at SEO Casino Pro’s discretion if payments are delayed beyond the agreed timeframe.
3.4 Refunds
All payments are non-refundable. Refunds will only be issued under specific circumstances, such as an inability by SEO Casino Pro to deliver contracted services, and only as outlined in the Service Agreement.
4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure successful service execution, the Client agrees to the following:

The Client is responsible for providing complete and accurate information necessary for SEO Casino Pro to execute the services effectively.
4.2 Compliance with Laws
The Client is solely responsible for ensuring that their website and business activities comply with all relevant laws and regulations. SEO Casino Pro is not liable for any legal issues arising from non-compliance on the part of the Client.
4.3 Access and Permissions
The Client must grant SEO Casino Pro access to their website, social media accounts, and other relevant platforms necessary to perform services effectively. Any delay in providing access may impact the timeline and success of the services provided.
4.4 Prohibited Use
The Client agrees not to use SEO Casino Pro’s services for illegal, unauthorized, or unethical purposes. Any such use will result in immediate termination of services without refund.
5. Service Execution
5.1 Quality Assurance
SEO Casino Pro will make commercially reasonable efforts to deliver services to a high standard, using the latest techniques and industry best practices.
5.2 No Guarantee of Specific Results
While we strive for excellence, SEO outcomes depend on various external factors beyond our control. SEO Casino Pro does not guarantee specific outcomes, such as exact search engine rankings, traffic increases, or revenue growth.
5.3 Third-Party Dependencies
Certain aspects of our services, such as app store rankings or search engine indexing, rely on third-party platforms. SEO Casino Pro is not responsible for changes, policies, or updates by third-party providers that may affect your SEO or ASO outcomes.
5.4 Performance Timelines
Performance timelines may vary based on project scope, competition, and other market factors. The Client understands that SEO and digital marketing are long-term strategies, and results may take time to materialize.
6. Confidentiality
Both SEO Casino Pro and the Client agree to maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive and proprietary information shared during the course of the service relationship. Confidential information shall not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent from the disclosing party, except as required by law.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
7.1 Ownership of Deliverables
All materials, including content, link profiles, and PBNs, created by SEO Casino Pro during the service period remain the property of SEO Casino Pro unless explicitly stated otherwise in the Service Agreement.
7.2 Client License
Upon full payment, the Client may receive a limited license to use specific deliverables as per the Service Agreement. Any use of materials outside the scope of this license requires prior written permission from SEO Casino Pro.
7.3 Trademarks and Branding
The Client retains ownership of their own trademarks, brand names, and logos. However, SEO Casino Pro may use the Client’s brand name or logo for marketing and testimonial purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Disclaimer of Warranties
SEO Casino Pro provides services on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
8.2 Limitation on Damages
In no event shall SEO Casino Pro be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our maximum liability for any claims relating to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client in the preceding twelve (12) months.
9. Termination and Suspension of Services
9.1 Termination by Client
The Client may terminate the Service Agreement at any time with a written notice. However, all outstanding payments are due within 10 (ten) days following termination.
9.2 Termination by SEO Casino Pro
SEO Casino Pro reserves the right to terminate or suspend services if the Client breaches any of these Terms and Conditions or engages in prohibited or unethical activities. No refunds will be provided in cases of termination due to a breach.
9.3 Post-Termination Obligations
Upon termination, SEO Casino Pro will cease all work related to the Client’s projects, and any outstanding fees must be settled by the Client.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Ukraine, as agreed by both parties.
11. Amendments and Modifications
SEO Casino Pro reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on our website, and the Client’s continued use of services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
